Reading with Squeaker

Before we get on to Squeaker, the Daddy person should apologize for a few things. First and foremost, sorry for the late post this week. The Daddy person is now teaching for three schools (its a long story) so he was a little more worn out than usual this weekend. Second, the Daddy person wants to Squeaker's maternal grandfather to know how sorry he is about the walk off home run that ended the National's season opener.

Squeaker is has started building her vocabulary up. I went to get her out of her crib on Friday and she handed me a book and said proudly "book". I was dumbstruck, not because had a book in her crib, she always has a couple of favorites with her, but that she'd said "book". I was only gone three days and her vocabulary had grown noticeably. She's been acting up some while I am gone, which has been hard on Aunte Brite.

We were going to list some of her vocabulary, but here's a nice video of her acting out and reading with Brite. Enjoy!
